The theme for the Choirs that are Spring and Disney. Band and Orchestra’s theme is Spring.
Clay says this concert is being held because, performance opportunities are a part of the music curriculum and holding a concert is the best way to fulfill that curriculum so that the students can practice performing in front of an audience.
The students that participated in the concert came 30 minutes minutes early before the concert actually started so they could warm up and get one warm up before they perform.
Weldie Endemann a choir student at Joel P. said “We did pretty good.” also says that “We could have sang louder but overall we did great.”
“As a class, I feel like there is plenty of room for improvement”.” But, from our last concert we had a huge jump in talent and we did a pretty great.” says orchestra student Kylah Bell“Our class could have improved on not rushing and staying together.” She says.
Clay says that overall all the musical classes did good and although we still need to work on things they did great.
